SO HE GAVE THE CAR SOME GAS AND IT STALLED
IT TURNS OVER LIKE IT WANTS TO START BUT IT WONT PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT.

have you checked your fuel pressure, spark and injector pulse to see if these things are ok. these are whats needed to start a vehicle. let me know what you find out so i can help you
