Engine Performance problem

My truck has a hard time starting approx 4-6 cranks. It always starts but seems to be starving for gas. I recently changed the battery and cables, starter, alt, fuel filter, and have been using injector treatments. once the truck starts it runs great which is why i dont think it would be the fuel pump (runs strong up hills). It does suprise me and starts on the first crank sometimes. it seems like quick release of the ingnition switch helps catch it to start, it seems to snort a little before it cranks. HELP!!!!
