Engine Mechanical problem

When I got this car, the water pump needed to be replaced. We replaced the water pump and the vehile is still overheating and dying out. What could be the cause for this?
Another thing is getting the horn to work... is it just a fuse or inside the steering wheel itself?

you need to bleed the cooling system. you have a air pocket in it. check for voltage at the horn. it is located in front of the passenger side front wheel in the fender.
