Electrical problem
1998 Buick Skylark 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 170000 miles

When I try to turn on the fn for the Air Conditioning or for the vent the fan wont turn on. I was wondering how to troubleshoot the problem. I checked the fuses in the dash by the steering wheel but it was not blown. The fan was working earlier in the day. Is there another place to check for fuses? Or is there a way to check to see if the fan is good or bad?
