Shakes or Wobbles problem

Sorry, Wasnt sure what category to put this under. My A4 is currently having water pool under the hood where the battery and break fluid is. It looks as though water was designed to run off from the windshield, but their must be a clog somewhere. Any Idea how I could fix this myself? I have tried to reach down below the battery but cant get very far.

there are drains in the cowling that will get clogged with leafs or dirt clean the drains
