hi ,my audi a3 ts overheats when i stop in traffic after driving a few miles temp guage runs a bout a third when moving water pump new few months back fuses ok,but when in traffic fans dont want to kick in any suggestions.

Check the cooling fans(s) are operational and have the thermostat replaced and get the radiator cleaned &flow tested.
