Electrical problem
1997 Volvo 960 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 68000 miles

Window is stuck in the "open" position. I've checked/tested the the switch and it functions, so it's not the switch. I assume it's probably the motor. Is there a way to manually get the window to the "up" position until I can replace the motor? I've taken apart the interior door stuff and the whole assembly looks like it's permanently attached to the door (i.e. no screws to remove the motor and acctuator. Looks almost like it's been grommited (sp?) to the door.

How can I get the window up until I get a new motor?
