Engine Cooling problem
1997 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 155450 miles

hi i have a 97 vw jetta and it is over heating the temp gauge is maxed and the temp light is on whioch has the check engie light on i did a new water pump new thormstant new radator and now a new head gasket my top ratator hose is very hot and my bottom is ice cold which was the same promble i had before i did all that work and its still the same i had it to 3 shops no one knows any ideas now the thoustmat is out complety the fans dont work and the check engen light code is temp sensor that was replaced 2 times and did nothing
