Noises problem

Hello,
When I start my car up the engine is smooth running on idle (no rattling at all). When I accelerate I hear a rattling coming from what seems under the car. It starts at around 1700 rpm and goes to about 2800 rpm then dies out or comes on and off while accelerating (This is while in park). When I'm in the car driving I can not hear a thing, especially not on the freeway at high speeds. The rattling always dies down when I let the throttle go (i.e. on deceleration). My engine is a 2.0L 4cyl 16valve Turbo. I have no loss of power everything seems to be running fine. In all honesty, the car runs great. The exhaust pipe that is connected to the engine is not completely tight on one end of two bolts. Could this be it? I appreciate all feedback greatly. Thanks.
