Tires and Wheels problem

my cars turns left if i'm not holding the steering wheel and also you would notice that i have to exert a little effort to move the steering wheel to the right when im driving. i just changed the 2 tires in front and a wheel balance and alignment were done but still it moves to the left everytime i drive. Whats the next step should i do? thank you..

there will be a problem with a tyre, steering or suspension, i think you better go back to who ever did the work and get them to check things over, and ask them when there aligner was calibrated last, as the machine could be out of calibration.
