Air Conditioning problem

the compressor was checked without leak and in good condition, the condenser and tubes no leaks as well, the drier was replaced with a new one, but the cooling system lasted for just a week after its last check up. And everytime the AC is on, there is a very very light whistle-like sound every 2 minutes the most, which lasts for 2-3 seconds.
There is high regard to Nissan's airconditioning system, however, the coolness even if the thermostat is at its maximum is not the way I expected it to be.
what could be the possible problem? thanks.
