1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 150000 miles I notice that I can always lower and raise the power windows even with the ignition in the off position. Te battery drain is gone when Remove the fuse fro the window circuit. Is the a timer in this circuit to allw the windows to be raised or lowered right after you turn the engine off? If so where is it located?
