Transmission problem
1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 127000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Dear 2carpros!!!
I have a 97 mitsubishi eclipse spyder 2.4L Front Wheel Drive with bout 130000 miles. It was driving fine in winter until i hit a hard snow bank then my check engine light comes on, using my obd2 scanner i was able to pull out 2 codes P0505 (idle Air Control) and P1750 (supposedly, something related to transmission solenoid connectors got loose, torque converter clutch solenoid or clutch pressure solenoid). Right now I'm able to start my car but the Shifter got stuck in "Park" and i couldn't put it into Reverse or Drive so i could not drive it to a shop or even tow it. I could careless about my Idle Air Control, i just need my car to run so i don't have to hitch a ride to work everyday. I appreciate any advices that would help, I promise to make a fair donation. Thank you very much for your time and patience.
