Transmission problem

this car won't shift into 2nd gear when could, after it warms up it shifts but you can tell it slips it doesn't shift immediately into 2nd . Any pros. out there.

i feel that it is a problem with a sticking shift valve with in the transmission, If the trans has not been serviced of late i would have that done and may be get the line pressures tested first.
