Engine Performance problem
1997 Mercedes Benz C280 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles

hey there, recently i've been having acceleration hesitaion probs, and under heavy acceleration the car sputters and hesitates then finally picks up speed. it's just started this, my gues is now it's getting worse, before it would just hesiate if you were to be doin 60mph and u lightly tap the gas, the rpms would drop 500 then bounce up and the car would start acceleration again... even in city driving, when my tranny thinks i'm in 3rd gear and it hit the gas it sputters, then down shifts into 2nd and goes, ITS SUCKS BRO! any help me!
