1997 Mazda 323 jumps???

Transmission problem
1997 Mazda 323 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 85000 miles

HI THERE AND ALL THE BEST!!!!
guys i need some help!! my mazda its acting wierd on first gear!dont know why but it started few weeks ago .when accelerating on 1st gear the car is jumping like hell .really is!!no idea why cos as soon as i go on 2nd gear and so on it accelerate nice and smooth. can anyone help me please??

Have the inboard C V joints checked. Dose shifter shake? if so cv's
