Engine Performance problem

Yea my 97 honda accord lx has been acting crazy lately. Not to long ago i changed the head gasket and oil rings. A few months later i found oil around my spark plugs. So i checked my pcv value and its was good. Then i took the head off and look at my gasket and oil rings and they were good. My instructer really didnt know what the problem was.
