1997 Ford Taurus Can't shift gear from park, p/windows, rad

1997 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The car is stuck in the Park position (it's impossible to shift gears). The engine runs, but... no radio, no power windows, no winking lights. Does anyone understands what this means? Are all those devices connected through the same fuse?
Please help if this info is sufficient.

I would suspect bad ignition switch
but 1st you need to check all fuses
and check if u have brake light check brake light switch
check fuses
