1997 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My truck keeps blowing the starter relay fuse everytime I try starting it when the key is switched from run to start what do i do

check for grounded out wires on the starter cables and wire harness, if none is founds suspect a faulty solenoid or a internally shorted or jammed starter.
