Brakes problem
1997 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I changed the rotors, brake calipers and brakes pads. When I started to bleed the brake lines I started from left to right and bleed them numerous times and got nothing but brake fluid everytime so i did the same with the rear from left to right and bleed the master cylinder nothing but fluid came out. Is there something that I am not doing or need to do different? Thanks.
I'm just going to throw this out there, I have seen this once or twice, make sure the bleeders are on top! If you hang the calipers on the wrong side, the bleeders will be at the bottom, and air will NEVER be bled out! Bleed sequence is RR, LR, RF, LF.
