Transmission problem

I don't know what else to do. I have been to the repair shop several times for the same problem and they finally said to "replace the motor and tranny mounts". So I did. My car is still the same. The problem is:

While driving around 60mph the car starts to bounce back and fourth, the engine rev's and then after a few minutes of this, it sounds like it shifts back into gear and will go. This continues and does not stop unless I am in town and not on the highway.

I have had a tranny service done already.

I have spent a lot of money and time trying to get this problem solved. Please help me. This is my only means of transportation.
