Computer problem
1997 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles

I have a 97'' Dodge Grand Caravan. About three weeks ago I was driving and heard a ding, at about 2pm,. I looked down to find my service engine soon light on but no lights on my dashboard display. The mph was at 120, gas at empty, temp gauge was at Cold. Then next day it would turn over to then die and the service engine soon light would come on. Later on that day, 6 pm, it started up with no problem and no service engine light on. Three days ago, I went to start it 10:45pm and it turned over then died and the oil can appeared. I knew for a fact that there was nothing wrong with the oil but I checked anyway and it was at max. So, the next day I try to start it and again it dies, this time displaying the ABS light. The next day I started it and it turned over no problem with no "bad" light on. Is my ECM bad or could it possibily be that theres a wire on it that needs to be re-soldered? If I need a new ECM how can I remove old one?
