ok i am a girl and admitidly have not a clue what i am chatting about and know the bare minimum about this car i got it a week ago its a bronze saxo 1997 r reg the questions i am asking really dont need to know all the mechanics of it its just when i turn the car over she will cut out if i dont start revving immediietly also for the first ten minutes or so every time i stop at a junction she will cut out is there anything i can do about this also when i am driving after she gets to about 30 she will randomly at times strat to loose power and chug along it feels like lack of fuel then it will jump and go faster again it sounds like a fuel blockage but i dont knpw what can i do about this ? is it something i should really take back to the people who sold it or are are these things i can fix myself if there simple things i can them look forward to ur reply

is the MIL light on ... this sounds like a sensor/coil fault you need to have the cars computer read at a suitable garage .if the light is not on it should still have pending codes stored to let you know what the fault is ??
