Air Conditioning problem

The outlet air from my system is about 64 degrees on recirc with the outside air at 85 degrees. The suction pressure is 45 psi, the discharge pressure is 230 psi. The suction pipe is sweating and the discharge pipe is very hot. If I put the system in fresh air the outlet temperature goes up. What is going on?
