Engine Performance problem

I baught this car about 1 month ago for my daughter. It ran well for the first week. Then the service eng soon light came on. Gas milage droped. Had car codes checked. Code 171 lean bank 1. Was told to change the frunt o2 sensor. When I was changing the o2 I saw a bad vacuume line that ran to the egr. I replaced this also. Car ran well for a week. 24 mpg. The service eng soon light came back on. Same code agine 171. This time I replaced the back o2. Service eng soon came back on the next day. The car seems to load up at times at hyway speeds. If you nail the gas it will clear out.
The car dosn't use oil, temp is fine, plugs and wires are new. Rest of vacuume hoses seem good.
