Electrical problem
1997 Chrysler Sebring 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my 1997 chrysler sebring is turning but it wont start i want to know if it is my alternator or my battery i also was seeing smoke comming up from the front of my car my car wouldnt keep a charge and the battery light kept comming on. the battery just went dead all by its self.
