When it rains my car is hard to start? It cranks and does start.

Hi:
If it only happens when it rains, something is getting wet or damp. If I had to guess, I would say a general tune up with plugs a new distributor cap and rotor, and wires would get rid of the problem. Let me know if you have any other questions.
