Engine Performance problem
1997 Chevy Tahoe 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

Car died while driving--lights on the dash came on...power steering went out...radio worked, etc. Tried to restart, but won't not turn all the way over. Battery is fine, alternator is fine, had gas, fuel pump was changes about 3 years ago. Had car towed home and had neighbor checked under the hood while trying to start and there was no spark so he change the ignition control module...still won't turn over. Any suggestions for the next steps?
