Electrical problem
1997 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 73,000 miles

The truck starts fine when cold. It runs fine while driving. When parked the engine cranks and not start. The fuel pump doesn't turn on, there is no spark, and I tried hooking up a scanner and it won't register. When I the fuel relay gets hot. When I cool off the pcm, it starts right up.
Is there a ground problem in the pcm or outside of it??????

I can't seem to solve the problem. I have changed the pcm and tuned it up...Some of the parts were NAPA not GM.
