Engine Performance problem

I think that there is something wrong with me Malibu 1997, when i fill it up with gas it uses it all up in 4 days when before it would last me the whole week. I noticed this about 4 days ago when i filled the car to 3/4 and it when down to half in 2 days and i didnt even run it a lot. Could it be that i need new fuel injecters or a new fuel filter?
