my luminas transmission is slipping bad it just started when the temperature droped i checked the fluid it was up but the fluid looked clear what does this mean?

with the miles on your transmission, i am presuming that it is original? it well may be time for a specialist to do a service & condition report, the more you drive it slipping the more problems you will encounter, so get the service done asap.
