Engine Cooling problem
1997 Buick Skylark 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 123117 miles

Hello there, I was wondering about the temprature at which the engine needs to be, in order for the fan to kick on. The car is running hot...replaced just about everything...right down to the relay. The dealership is saying 275Degrees is when the fan will kick on. Is this correct? If not what steps do I take next?
