Electrical problem
1997 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 134000 miles

my car's fuel gauge is always stay under the small pin on fuel gauge and even you fill the whole tank, and fuel gauge never move from that position. i recentlly bought buick park avenuew ultra and now i have problem in getting saftey done..
please advised how can i fix this problem as the previous owner told me there is something wrong in fuel tank. i have couple of days to done saftey.

It sounds like your fuel gauge needle has flipped all the way around. I had the same problem. I got a strong magnet and put it close to the gauge and was able to turn the needle back around by turning the magnet counter clockwise.
