Shakes or Wobbles problem

The windshield wipers on one side chatter, vibrate, hop and skip when they are on, what could this be?

Just a guess...... remove the wiper arms and throughly clean then lubricate the springs. Gunked up springs will reduce tension in the arm and not pull it tight to window. Arm removal is quite simple by pulling back a bent tab where arm is mounted.
