Electrical problem
1997 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

it hapend a few times. it is stalling and the fuel pump and power windows are dead. i switched the rellay but no result. i remove the minus cabel from the battery and reconected and it started. is it a short to the graund or ? the engine cranking at all times.all fuses are ok. no OBD codes.
