Engine Cooling problem
1997 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

No overheating, just a rattle noise, was told a blown head gasket, but not typical, now it won't turn over, no white smoke or water leaks showing Radiator water not circulating, fans only come on when I turn on AC, where do I look?
