I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A LEAK IN MY TRANSMISSION COOLANT SYSTEM WHEN I TOOK MY CAR TO THE TRANSMISSION SHOP. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT PART TO PURCHASE TO GET IT FIXED BECAUSE THEY ACT LIKE IT CAN ONLY COME FROM BMW.

The transmission cooler itself or the lines to and from the cooler to the transmission if bad will need to be BMW parts yes, but I seldom purchase these items from the dealer as there is a large aftermarket supply structure and you can access it through the internet.
