I would check the coolant level to be sure it is full. Then warm the vehicle up and crack open a bleeder on the cooling system (anti-freeze) and let out any air in the system. The temp sensor can read inproperly if air is in the system and fool the computer into pushing extra fuel in.
Other items to check include:
IACV might need to be cleaned
PCV could be stuck
EGR valve could be in need of cleaning, repair, or replacement
Leak at a vacuum hose
Leak at the intake manifold or intake manifold gasket
