Engine Performance problem
1996 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 18300 miles

i need to know where the air idle control valve is on my car....thats what i was told is wrong with it...my friend hooked his computer up to it an thats what it said...i looked all over for it i'm not sure where it is located.
