1996 Toyota Tercel cam,s to crankshaft timing after replaci

Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 140000 miles

i have installed head after having head serviced. now i need to install both cam,s and set timing of cams to crank. i have a 1.5L engine with dual overhead cams and 16 valves. i have ordered a repair manual but i want to start now of course. any diagrams of cam timing marks and position to crank timing mark would do my brain a lot of help
