Electrical problem
1996 Toyota Avalon 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 102202 miles

My tail lights do not work. I have replaced bulbs and fuses. Tested all fuses and everything is ok. It is only my tail lights that do not operate. Headlights, brake lights, turn signs all work. Also, my trouble indication light is not light up on the dash as it should be when any of my lights are not working. What should I try next?
