1996 Subaru Outback All Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles
I bought this car at a gas station. The mechanic who sold it to me had it inspected. I have since found out that the check engine light was disconnected. I do not trust this mechanic now and do not want to rely on him to correct the situation, but I want to correct this.
How was it disconnected? First need to remove the dash (instrument cluster)and see if there is a bulb in there for it. That is the easiest way to get rid of them, hopefully it is that simple. Otherwise get back to me and we will figure out where the wire goes
