Electrical problem 1996 Saab 900 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 93000 miles ---------------------------------------------------------------- cabin blower can not be shut off with on/off switch. I can control heat and air conditioner temperature, but can shut completely off. Continues to blow hot/cold air when switch is pressed to off. The radiator fan does run and shut off when car is completely turned off as does the cabin blowers. Is this a serious issue?
