Electrical problem

I have just fitted a new car stereo and all the electrics have tripped there is no power to the stereo and all the time and dates have reset, could the fuse have blown, if which fuse do i replace?

As i have no idea as to what sort of car you have, i can only suggest that you check all the fuses with a test light to see if one is blown.start here.
