my dimmer switch is like loose when i turn headlights on they dont come on just parking lights and tail lights then when i pull switch toward me the brights come on but wen i let go they go bac off i hav daytime running lights and when i put car in gear the lights come on but really dim some times they dont come on at all could this b the dimmer switch or what
