1996 Other Plymouth Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 15000 miles

I am using a Plymouth neon 1996,i have used it for
three years now;just recently i notice that when drive ,the engine stops ,and start again,i was ask to change my fuel filter and pump.which i did;again the engine still goes off; now when you start start the engine it will not
start,i was ask to check the engine control module,and change it.now the engine still goes off.
when the car is moving the engine stopped.
