Electrical problem
1996 Mercury Marquis unsure miles

Hi,

My Mercury Marque has been blowing its 15 amp fuse every month and a half or so. The fuse goes to the automatic door opener, radio and clock and has been doing that for about a year. I tried a 20 amp fuse and it went out faster. When I tried this last time, it blows the fuse when installing and sparks. I know its grounded now, but wonder where to have a mechanic to look first. I thought this might be a problem with the Marquis and could be pin pointed some to help save the cost of tracking down the electrical wires.
