I just replaced valve cover gasket, oil is still leaking on manifold. Smokes while running from under hood. Also found small traces of oil in radiator water.

Oil in the coolant is a clear indication of a blown head gasket. As for the valve cover, make sure your sealing surface is clean before you install any gaskets. Your smoke is more than likely being caused by oil leaking onto the exhaust manifold.
