Electrical problem
1996 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 140000 miles

i put the clutch in and turn the key my car starts to go crazy! the front lights , rear lights, and gauges lights start to blink off and on. the blinker blinker blinker blinker noise inside the car goes on and the car doesnt start!. the lights keep blinking when i take the key out and close the doors. i took a screwdriver and by pass the starter and the car starts right up. but the lights keep blinking but goes off after a couple of minutes. its not the battery. help help!!!!!

Its the ALARM system
take the key place it in the door lock and cycle lock and the unlock
and try to start
if that did not work do this
disconnect the battery place key in the ignition and turn it ON
reconnect the battery
and then it should start for you good luck
