Engine Performance problem
1996 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 192000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I recently brought my car into a place that only performs oil changes for an oil change a couple weeks ago. Since then I have noticed fluid puddles underneath my vehicle towards the front of the vehicle. I brought my car back to the oil change place and asked them to make sure they tightened everything up because something had started leaking after they performed an oil change. They told me it was transmission fluid that was leaking but that nothing looked cracked. However the fluid looked like oil to me (although I am not an expert by any means). What could be the problem? Thank you!

ATF is also an oil, only differece s that it is reddish in color.

If there are any leaks, by visual inspection, you should be able to detect where it is coming from.
